Has anyone here yet received a quote on their trade in? How close was it to kbb trade in value?

KBB values tend to be on the very high end and are really more like retail. A better number is from what's known as the "Black Book" or you can enter you VIN at CarFax but you have to pay. You can also check with CarMax to see what they offer. Those numbers will be much closer to a realistic trade value. I just went through all of that trading my truck to get a newer/smaller one for my son. The KBB numbers were way beyond what any dealer offered.

I told Granger no to a trade but I might rethink that. I have a nice rust free CA Honda Accord that would probably be a good flip for them. It's 10 yrs old but in great shape. Just got all the dents and scrapes taken care of and repainted thanks to a careless driver in a parking lot a few weeks ago that banged up the passenger side of the car. While they had it I paid a bit extra for them to touch up the other areas. Got it back a few days ago and it looks like new.

Quote for trade in was 2k less than I got locally at other Ford dealers but they do take into consideration your trade in will have more miles once it’s there. I ended up selling my vehicle locally to private party $5500 over the quoted trade in price so I’d guess a dealer lot could have got $2000-$3500 even more than I did.

My quote was about $2k less than what Carvana offered me but I‘m better off trading it in to Granger because of the lower sales tax liability.

Out of curiosity, do we know if Granger takes the Ford rebate (price lock) amount off the cost of the vehicle upfront, or will we have to wait 2-3mo for a check after the purchase?

I was just quoted $400 for open trailer and $650-$700 for an enclosed trailer to Oklahoma City. He said enclosed would also take less time.

Anyone else with a confirmed built date of 4/2 (or earlier) still waiting on an update that your Bronco has shipped? I understand it can take a few days, but beginning to wonder if something more sinister may be afoot...

I received an enclosed quote to Canon City, CO for $906, and $706 for open air trailer.

Also - they do not cover any damage to your vehicle from rock chips to your windshield or paint. They consider that "caused by nature".

Yeah.... getting a bit worried that something is wrong. Ford Marketing has now clue what's going on with it . They claim that it's secondary status is produced and released to shipper... that has been 5 business days though.
