My dealer is calling me for order info?

My dealer called me last week. Wanting to know if I had heard from Ford? Asking if I had a VIN? Any information?

I Have nothing…
July 17th reservation, original order date January 20th, 2021. Re-Order my22 October 14th 2021
4 door Badlands Non-Squatch MIC, 2.7, trailer, mid pack and Mod bumper.

The dealership has the ability to pull your order up one of Fords corporate sites to determine your status. I know because my sales rep did it for me multiple times during the wait. I was provided a VIN and a scheduled build week ten days before Ford sent me notification. My dealer was able to inform me when my order was in “ preview” status. In your instance, I would want to see in writing what the priority code assigned to your order is.

Basically your in the same boat as me. Once your vehicle is chosen for production. Then you’ll receive a in production and a Window sticker.
I’m still waiting on a production.
July 17th 2020 reservation
January 20th 2021 order
Received letter to reorder for 2022 model year in October.
re ordered October 14th 2021

and I’m waiting for the magic email with notification of production and window sticker.

Previewing means your order is being looked at o see if it is buildable. It is a great thing to be previewing . Closerbto being built.
