Should be noted we have no idea which options will be available if/when order banks do open.
But assuming dual top is an order able option... there is no way to split an order and have some of it delivered now and some of it delivered later. The exception to this rule is with dealer-installed options, but the dual top is not a dealer-installed option. So you either get both tops or your get nothing.
