Canadian customers not able to Track order from Ford website

When I try to track my VIN and order number from https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/

Error:“We're sorry. We are unable to process that VIN because it is not a valid USA Ford VIN. Please enter a valid VIN.”

I’ve looked around, there doesn’t seem to be anything for us Canadians. I think your dealer can access that info, so you’d have to ask them. Not that there would be any updates for at least another month

I’ve looked around, there doesn’t seem to be anything for us Canadians. I think your dealer can access that info, so you’d have to ask them. Not that there would be any updates for at least another month
I am in Nova Scotia and I use the order tracker link in the banner at the top of this page and it works to bring up my order.

🇨🇦 here.

Both the Ford website and also Bronoc6g tools do not work with my VIN#.

Dealer is my only way for updates (June Build, July delivery) so I'm hoping they contact me if there has been any delays.

Interesting. I had seen some Canadian VINs work for people tracking F150/Super Duty but it seems random. Some work, some don’t. Who knows

I can use that Order tracker as well. It will display an quick error say not US VIN then immediately show my order detail.

But for the Ford vehicleordertracking#/ site ,, nope
