That looks great although if at teh beginning of the tank may be a bit misleading.

My sticker for the 2.3 manual 4.7 SAS says 17 mpg. Would gladly take anything around 20 mpg

I swear the dealership puts in magic unicorn farts instead of gas because I had 23mpg on that first tank and it’s been downhill since.

Been super impressed with the 2.3 SAS MPG. Pretty much 18 mpg with 87 octane or 19-19.5 with 93.

I don't trust that onboard MPG tally. I use simple math, I reset my trip "computer" at fill-up and then the next time I fill up, I simply take the "Total Trip Miles/Gallons Pumped" and then reset it again. It's considerably lower than what the display says. Today, the display read 15.9, but was actually 13.4 MPG based on the division :(

Aye but on the dark and long lonely nights it’s there to give me hope

My Base with stock wheels / tires would average 20-24mpg per tank. I upgraded to WildTrak wheels and MT Baja Boss A/Ts in 315/70/17 and it’s basically been trash since. So bad I may switch to something different. 16-17 mpg has been the best so far.

My BB 2.3 auto is giving me almost 23 mph after 16,000 miles. Napkin math, not that lying computer.

I agree. My lie-o-meter consistently overstates mpg by 1.0 to 2.6 mpg. I haven’t owned a car that was much better.

My 2.3 BD 7MT average is 20.6mpg at 2600 miles. If I don't go over 68mph on the highway I'm good. Did a 125 mile round trip at 60ish mph and averaged 24mpg. Computer has been about 1mpg more optimistic than self calculating.
