So my dual fog brackets and SS3 Max lights arrived from @4x4TruckLEDs.com. How heavy is the capable bumper? Can one person remove and install without issue? Wanted to get them on and buttoned up this weekend. Thanks.

It's not heavy at all, just a little awkward to do with only one person. I used jack stands to make it easier.

I have a winch install video from a few weeks ago that shows the process to take it off (below). You obviously don't need the full one hour video... just jump around to the parts you need. The bumper removal starts around the 5m30s mark.

I’ve taken mine off solo about 8 times. Pretty easy unless you have noodle arms.

Guessing about 50lbs +/-. Just awkward doing it solo but totally doable. If you have the parking sensors the wiring attaches on the driver's side. Best to disconnect that first before removing the bolts.

I installed the knock off version and did not have to take the bumper fully off.

Not all that heavy, just awkward. My wife and I took it off and put it back on without too much problem. A floor jack to set it on is helpful.

Nicely done. Will the winch interfere with the front sensor or will that be an issue to overcome?

I have the Mid package which is devoid of any front sensors, but I can tell from pictures of High/Lux package Broncos that there will be some interference. I just don't know the full extent of that interference or if it is easily overcome.
