Introducing the COBB Front Mount Intercooler upgrade for the 2021+ Ford Bronco! A direct replacement of the factory intercooler, the COBB intercooler offers significantly improved cooling efficiency leading to higher, more consistent power. For years now EcoBoost vehicles have been plagued with an underwhelming intercooler setup, making an intercooler upgrade one of the best bolt-on modifications you can do! The intercoolers that Ford decided to pair with EcoBoost powered vehicles are undersized and extremely susceptible to heat soak. With an underperforming intercooler you will see a reduction in available power, something that could prove detrimental when off-roading in harsh environments.

This is one of the highest quality intercoolers on the market with CARB certification to back it up, making this intercooler upgrade 50 state legal! This intercooler is made of cast aluminum and TIG welded and features a core with 53% greater volume over the stock unit! It was designed and made right here in the USA in Cobb's facility in Austin, TX. Cobb set out to create the best flowing intercooler possible and utilized computational fluid dynamic analysis to create an extremely smooth end tank design which increases air flow and allows it to flow evenly through the core which results in no areas of significant turbulence. Even the outlet port was designed in a way that allows a smooth transition of air out of the intercooler and into the throttle body to further reduce unwanted turbulence.



This intercooler fits entirely into the OEM location with cutting, trimming, or permanent modification required to your Bronco! It also mates up snuggly to the OEM shutter shroud to funnel air through the ambient side fins, just like OEM. It is available in both black and silver.
