Check your Bronco order status using back door link. Found out I'm In-Production without email received

I'm going to assume this doesn't apply to dealer walk-in orders. I have no 8 digit code on my email order confirmation sheet from my dealer.

I already have a silver Bronco I bought off the lot, but I'd like to know when my cyber orange Bronco is in production.

Correct. Dealer walk-in orders without a reservation only have a 4 digit order number and cannot use the “backdoor link” to keep tabs on the status of their order. I’m in the same boat (10/15/21 order with no reservation). Once you’re in production and have a VIN, you can track it.

Its been a while since I posted or even tried to look for my order status. I was bumped and lost my original color pick. But looks like im still in a holding pattern of some sort. Its been so long my dealership got bought out and changed names. Lol

I’m in Laramie. My local dealer got bought out too. For awhile the backdoor link showed the old dealership then was not accessible for awhile. Now shows the new dealership but same status for production. Some things never change eh?

Wow, can't believe I just now found this info. Good stuff. My 4dr Wildtrak still shows as being in Step 2 " Place Order In Progress".

Looking at "my orders" in my Ford account, it shows an order date of 12/2/2021 because I was told the 2022 would have to be "reordered", so I lost my original order confirmation date from 6/7/2021. Nothing on Ford's website shows my original order date anymore.
Anybody else experience this, and did a cause a delivery delay for you?

My Ford account always showed the original order date of March 17 2021, even after I re-ordered in October. Ford even continued to reference the original 4 digit order number even though the dealer gave me a new one in October.

Yes there are still of lot of us that are almost 2 years out and waiting. My brother reserved his 9/20 and his is being built the same week as mine. 4 dr BL with high. What are the chances of that...

When I converted my 8/29/20 reservation to an order on 10/27/21 my order date is now showing as 2/15/21 on my Ford account.

email we received this morning says march 27 scheduled which includes the VIN.

Scheduled production email and VIN is indeed a good sign! There have been a variety of experiences with respect to timing of back door link update and email notification. Congrats on the progress!
