Oh sweet jeebus. Seriously? The whole point of that light is to simply be a flash in your periphery so you pay more attention to a potential blind spot.

Thoughts on blue vs clear? I'm thinking blue will be too dark since I have 20% tint on my front windows already.

I have the blue tint on my cars and also 20% tint it is definitely not to dark. I would recommend going blue tint.
