The needs of the industry has changed.. I've heard that most car sales these days is done through the internet and people have done their research before showing up to test drive. Buyers know what they want and simply show up for the final confirmation and transaction. The cars sell themselves so buyers simply need that friendly person who can take care of the paperwork.

That is how I have always bought cars, even before the internet.

Typos are one thing, an errant use of a comma or whatever, but
absolute abandonment of decent writing ability by somebody who otherwise seems educated, is another.

Yeah, I always assumed a dried out used corncob could be used to rub a person the wrong way causing irritation and thus the expression being "corned". Then, they go and make a game out of being 'corn holed'.
