I did a search and it came up empty, so I apologize if this is a duplicate.

I have been running Core4x4 Control Arms on my Jeeps for years. They make an excellent product with a "you break it, we replace it" warranty. They build in "tiers" for performance. I run all Tier 3 which gets you their own custom high misalignment poly joint on one end and a forged Currie Johnny Joint on the other. Their Tier 4 stuff is their top of the line and gets you forged Johnny Joints in both ends. For the Bronco, he has added an Aluminum series that also uses dual forged Johnny Joints.

These are a notable step up from people running Heim Joints which have zero NVH damping. I don't have my Bronco yet, so I can't give you photos of Bronco control arms, but I can show you my set for my JKU.

Spence also does a variety of colors and can even custom color for you.

Make no mistake, this is the good stuff and it's at a good price and an unmatched warranty.

Check them out!

Let us know how you like them! My experience has been fantastic on both Jeeps and I don't baby them at all doing obstacles that most people take the bypass even in heavily built rigs.

Started the install today. I'll post more pics when I get more done. Dropping the fuel tank isn't bad, just time consuming. Had to drop the exhaust too. 🤬

Anyway, here is a few pics, I did get all the arms installed and the two rear coilovers but didn't get any pictures. I'll post some up when I get back at it...

@Pressurized
Got a question. I got everything installed and know I tightened everything but am getting a pretty good pop when articulating. Do the Johnny Joints pop when new or is something not right. Going to pull the coilovers and cycle the rear end this weekend. I hope I don't have to drop the gas tank again... 😬😐😢😭

TIA

There shouldn't be any pop in the joints. They are highly rated for their smoothness and NVH capabilities. Definitely check it without the springs. Keep us updated.

Update: Had to reinstall with OEM hardware. She's nice and quiet now! I think the problem with Core's hardware was the washers. All points had dimples the OEM washers recessed in, the washers Core sent were quite a bit bigger and did not recess into dimples thus I'm assuming little surface area and hardware was able move around... 🤷

Appreciate the update! I'll let Spence know.

On a side note, how are you liking those Kendas?

Love them, they bite good, do good in the mud, rocks, haven't been to Moab yet but assume good there too. They are also very quiet on road. I love them so far...
