You did a fantastic job painting that grill. If you have more pictures or documentation of that process, I'm sure other members would love to see and learn from your experience. I've now seen approximately 6-8 well executed grills with the outer perimeter color-matched to the body paint (as it should have been all along). The only instruction or advice I've ever heard on doing this was simplistic: sand, primer, paint.

The grill is standard as it's mostly hidden by the winch.

Are the BRONCO grill letters painted in Cyber Orange also? If not, what color did you use here?
The Bronco grill letters were paint matched to Cyber Orange. I used aerosol cans that Automotive Touchup sells. Did the prep and paint all myself. You can check out the process on my Instagram page @freedombronco

Too much yellow. And we don't need a million pictures of your Bronco lol. Its nothing special, one will do. 🤢
Disagree, but you do you, and ty for the lecture on the number of pics to post. Hope you won't be sharing any of yours then, as I'm sure no one cares to see them either. Lol

I ended up deciding to do a complete wrap in PPF. I didn't even know about this stuff a few weeks ago. Mostly concerned with "desert pinstripes" as we call them, brush scratches from off road trails. However, the protection from rock chips, UV, bird crap, and other things made it seem like a good idea. Only part we didn't do is the rear tailgate. It's amazing how shiny the stuff is, like a permanent wax job. In the pics it's a week old and dusty, it can't be washed for two weeks after install. Everything not covered with the PPF got ceramic coated, including the top.

How’s your Kavaca PPF holding up? I’m debating between it and XPEL and am wondering if you still recommend.

Does this CO Bronco look familiar? Figured the owner was on here somewhere. Did a search and came up empty.
