I didnt get any points for having to wait on dirt mountain etc - how do I go about complaining and getting those?

I called FordPass to inquire, when I didn’t see my points available after delivery. They let me know that my dealer needed to go into the “member portal” and simply click a button to release them (they could see the points sitting there & simply waiting for that to happen).

I had service done on my truck and it took about two weeks for my points to be added. Tomorrow will be two weeks since I picked up my Bronco, still haven't seen the points yet.

I had 42,000 hit yesterday, one week after taking delivery.

Going to use mine for mostly service. In theory, I won’t be paying to service the Bronco for a longtime.
