On Badlands. After reading a bunch about tire sizes I have shelved my Sasquatch plans and leaning towards 33s on the OBX. But...stock are 32s and the only published option I've seen are the Squatch 35s. Will 33s be a Ford option?

Agree 100%Honestly I like the 33's look better.
I think that those MPG loss numbers seem reasonable to me.Just googled 32s vs 33s....A Wrangler JK poster said his mpg went from 19.5 to 17, but thats comparing a stock JK 31 to 33. So maybe only 1-2 mpg loss going from a 32 to 33?
Is that because of actual economy loss or because it wasn't calibrated to the new tire size?Just googled 32s vs 33s....A Wrangler JK poster said his mpg went from 19.5 to 17, but thats comparing a stock JK 31 to 33. So maybe only 1-2 mpg loss going from a 32 to 33?
Tires are heavier, causes engine to work harder to turn them, which decreases mpg. Calibration usually not required until you go over a 35” tire in my experience. Is that because of actual economy loss or because it wasn't calibrated to the new tire size?
I THINk...If you didn’t calibrate, (assuming actual 32” and 33” tires and vehicle was calibrated for 32”) you would have traveled 6% further in distance On your 33s than your vehicle displayed, so actually would have gotten 18 mpg, not 17mpg. So valid question for the comparisonIs that because of actual economy loss or because it wasn't calibrated to the new tire size?
