Forget the griddle, those drawers are awesome and the tilting action for access to the fridge is genius. Well done!

Yes, how did you implement the tilt?

I have an entire build thread on my YouTube channel with all the measurements.
Here is the tilt. It’s a piano hinge from Home Depot.

Really nice build. I also would probably not use it to cook but for storage its great. Would be great if there was an easy way to convert it to a one piece flat top workbench too.

Bears like when you cook in your vehicle. It narrows down where you food is.

Seems like you're going to have a lot of greasy smoke filling the truck and hitting your rear glass...
You can make a chimney to vent the smoke by using a rock to poke a hole in the rear glass.

OP, great work. At first I thought you didn't leave enough space for the grease catcher on the Blackstone but happy to see I was wrong. I would be concerned about melting the plastic trim nearby, but since you are real world using it you have a better idea on how much heat is transferring over. I would definitely look at a quick release fire extinguisher mount or have it otherwise easily accessible to the back if you plan to regularly cook back there just in case you have flare ups or something gets a little out of control.

Just like other mods, prepare to find yourself redesigning your cargo kitchen. Soon you will be finding a budget welder and making shelves with the terrible welds that you have grinded down to look somewhat decent visually. A whole new world is opening up for you.
