that looks awesome. about the most retro looking Bronco I have seen. and the blue seems to show much better with white grill, i bet a white top will "blue" it up even more

I agree why not make a practice run on the reject MIC? Think FORD would take issue with replacement?Very nice!
Very curious about the white top, how it will look.
Slap some latex on that reject real quick, just for a sneak preview....see if ya like it. LOL!
Love it old school cool and my vote is caps on thanks for the videoI've finished the wheels and very happy with how they turned out.

Top is next, but waiting for it to be replaced first of course before I do any work on it.
285 75 16Looks sweet! What size are your tires on your Bronco?
I am seriously considering that! Ford is just going to throw them all in a landfill anyway, right?Very nice!

I tried that and couldn't get them to stick in there well. But, I could have tried airing down the tires a bit and then it would have workedLooks great.
If you ever need to respray, forget the tape. You can use an old deck of playing cards. Insert the cards between the tire bead and wheel. Even acts as an over spray shield
The overwhelming feedback from comments agree: keep the black caps. Thanks for the feedback!Looks good Tim. I think I like the caps black for that little bit of contrast. My opinion is it would be too much white if you painted them.
BTW, you guys running the white letter tires has me thinking. At first I was adament that I wouldn't run the white letters out. But, now I'm not so sure. I kinda like the white letter tires on the Bronco. Bringing back the retro thing.
I've thought about doing this. I just wonder where to stop? Fenders, bumpers, mirrors? Hard to know when to say when. I like what you are doing though. Keep us up to date!I've finished the wheels and very happy with how they turned out.

Thanks, I like the width and size on yours. This may have just helped me on the tire size upgrade on my OB when it shows up.........someday.285 75 16
I'm gonna ask my Dealer and will report back...I agree why not make a practice run on the reject MIC? Think FORD would take issue with replacement?
Ya you don't want to fall in to that trap. Sometimes less is more. I definitely will NOT be doing fenders and mirrors in white, all the renderings I have seen look awful.I've thought about doing this. I just wonder where to stop? Fenders, bumpers, mirrors? Yes that is exactly why I bought them. All the reviews I read indicated they are a good balance of off road capability with on road traction, low noise, comfort. They are not the best rock climbing tire for sure. But my Bronco will spend 90% of time on pavement so I think it was a good choice. Are the General Grabber ATs regarded as good off road tires for lite/moderate off roading while still being good on road? Been considering getting those eventually and saw they come in a decent amount of sizes.
