Zero issues with my 2022. The only time it was in the shop was when someone hit me and took it out of action for a few months. Otherwise just normal maintenance.

New owner here. Bought a new Big Bend 2.3L, manual trans, soft top a couple weekends ago. Have put almost 500 miles on it (5 on the odo when I test drove it) so far and I love it! Everything works as it should. The engine is smooth, the trans is smooth, and carplay even stays connected to my iphone.

I lurked here on the forum for a month or so before I bought the Bronco and almost decided not to buy one due to the posts on this forum. I know folks are more likely to post when they have issues, but are any of you driving what has been a mostly issues free Bronco? It's hard to tell if the good ones outnumber the problems some times.

Here's a pic from our first weekend of driving around the Texas hill country backroads.

2021 2-door OBX AMB 2.7. with 25k miles. I am within the recall build dates for the catastrophic engine failure but highly unlikely after this long and that many miles. Not one issue so far. Runs like a top. No leaks. No rattles. Overall, extremely satisfied with the build quality. For added peace of mind, I do have the extended warranty. Also, I change the oil at 3000 miles. I just added a Ranger raptor to the fleet, so I have not driven the bronco much lately. But every time I get behind the wheel, it puts a smile on my face and reminds me of my 1980s Bronco.

I'll add that I have had no issues with the manual transmission scraping or sync issues. My transmission was around the date they started (hopefully) resolving the issues. I live in a warm climate and it's garage-kept which may help too since it sounds like a lot of the issues are with a cold start.

After two years I had the window switch replaced because the rubber was coming off.

Also my headliner is detatiching. But honestly that's normal for AZ. Anything glued on a car delaminates here.

I have a 2021 Base Model with about 36,000 miles on it. I still love the thing!! I have had the hardtops replaced twice and took it in for a software recall and some other little recall things; I can't remember what was minor stuff. It has been a great vehicle; I have had no other problems with it.

My 22 Badlands is pretty trouble free. Just CarPlay glitches. Other than that, I can’t complain. Low miles though. 12k.

I don't consider things like Carplay being intermittent or the seat belt motor not retracting (there's a TSB, but I haven't taken it in) as huge issues.
Agreed.

Even though my Bronco left the lot with a bad transfer case (and I realized it right away by--gasp!--trying out all the features, what a concept), the fact is that the dealer and Ford handled it in a quality and timely manner. I imagine that a couple years from now when someone asks me this same question, I won't even remember this because it'll have dwindled in my brain to a non-event. "No, I've not had any problems, why?" I will probably say.

I suppose I will break the non-issue posts. 2022 4dr Bronco. After about 60 to 90 minutes of driving the entire climate control system stops working, no air, heat or defrost. Saw someone here with the same issue and now have an open case #. Has been a week and no movement on a fix even though the other member outlined what it took to fix theirs. We shall see.

568 miles on my 24 BB. The rear window came off track and mobile repair fixed it. Hopeful that it's all smooth sailing after that nightmare . If it's not obvious I'm being sarcastic, know I came from a Wrangler 4xe.

2022 2.3 7MT here, going on 24k miles with zero issues other than the occasional coolant top off.

self maintained, and given a thorough inspection every 3-5k miles.

2023 Badlands Sasquatch with 6,500 miles and light off-roading. Only real issue I’ve had is that wireless CarPlay no longer work with my iPhone 13 on iOS 18 (but it’s flawless with all other family members’ phones). I’m ignoring various squeaks and rattles as that was to be expected to a certain degree - and it’s hard to tell if those are native to the OEM or the various mods/tools I carry. In any case, it’s always a blast to drive.

All 3 of mine have had nuisance issues from cameras not working, radio not updating, roof leaks, cracked roof, bad transmission cooler, drive shaft, front diff leak, etc. Honestly it is a pita to keep up with them. My FE is in the shop for the past week to get a bunch of stuff fixed before the warranty expires, and then I have to bring it in again to another shop next week for a roof leak. It also has the recall for the engine valves and I have no idea what that will entail, hopefully not an engine replacement.

over 40k miles on my '22 4 door sas 2.3L

hood replaced because of separation from the substructure
2 chips on my OG windshield
window and door adjustment

Pretty hard 40,000 miles as my daily driver and getting me to off-road races and wheeling spots too. I use it as a photography rig and daily it.
