Does anyone know the rejection rate for MIC tops?

I lost my inside guy at MAP (don't ask) so have no way to find out if the rejection rate for MIC tops at MAP is the 50% I was just told.
Heard that 50% or more of the MIC tops are being rejected for "delamination" so those Bronco's built but needing MIC tops are now sitting on hold.

I was at Olathe Kansas Ford yesterday looking at the top that came with the A51 BD SAS demo - horrible top delamination. I can't believe they sent these out like this.

yes, I'm sure those tops are all being hand built...maybe that's why they can't make more than 50 a day lol. What a fiasco.

They look almost exactly like the top on my gladiator. Even down to the latches. I don't know why there are so many issues. I just know I'm sad my bronco has been sitting at MAP built since July 1st

Would really like to know if these are vacuum molded fiberglass (or other similar fiber) panels and the molds are the issue. My initial understanding of Molded In Color meant either an injection or roto molded plastic part. Delamination by my definition, doesn't happen with melted plastics in a mold but does with fiberglass.

If we can get ahold of one my body techs and painters swear they can make paint stick.
