Does anybody else have a door that isn’t 100% solid going over bumps? With the windows down I can hear a hollow thud / crash from the door moving. Tested with a friend holding the outside of the door and no more shaking.
Anything I can do to make corrections at home?
if not I plan to take it to the dealer at my first oil change, I just don’t want to be without my Bronco as I have a 10 day trip coming up

Kinda random but did you make sure the two bolts on each door are tight?

I’ve never taken the doors off so I have never touched those bolts. I’ll double check them when I get out of work this morning.
The door itself is slightly bowed out near the bottom of the rocker.

I haven't experienced the sound your having but I can see my hinges flex when opening the doors... metal keeps getting thinner on vehicles.

Hey there! I can look into your Bronco’s door concerns on my end if you’d like. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?

With the windows down my drivers door rattles like crazy on rough terrain. If I apply slight pressure with my leg it stops.
My door was out of alignment and rubbing holes in the paint on bottom and in the rubber window surround up top. Dealer said they fixed alignment and fixed the issues. Only time will tell.
But, it did nothing for the door rattling. I wouldn’t describe mine as a hollow thud though. I don’t think mine is an alignment issue, just less tension on things with window down and leads to rattles.
