Regarding the spelling, I went with the US version.I would have chosen whiskey, but you have unfortunately spelled it wrong. A fine and true whiskey is properly spelled "whisky".
As this was not a choice, I chose rum, which unfortunately is not on the list. However, my favorite rum is a wonderful delight from Guatemala:
Let's settle this age-old debate: whiskey vs. whisky. Whiskey that hails from America and Ireland is spelled just like that—with an "e." When the booze hails from anywhere else in the world—like Japan or Scotland—it's spelled "whisky," without an "e."
