Early Reservation Off-Roadeo Voucher ($250) Expiration?

Does anyone have clarity if/when the voucher expires? I'm looking to attend in the spring, but am not sure if the voucher expires at the end of this year. If so, I would try to arrange my schedule to attend before the year ends.

Appreciate the reply. Those of us stuck in allocation purgatory as early reservation holders won't be taking delivery in the foreseeable future. Our reservation/order has been verified by the Off-Roadeo team and are eligible to attend an event. There is a $250 voucher for those early reservation holders.

I'm not clear if/when the voucher expires. Delivery of the original reservation/order may not be until MY'24 or MY'25.

Anyone know how you go about getting your refund? My Bronco has been billed, but isn't shipping purgatory. So I'm wondering if I press for a rodeo refund now If they actually might give it to me.

I took delivery 9/18/2021 and just attended the Off Rodeo on 10/15/2022. It was an amazing day and I walked away with $250 of merchandise with the voucher.

When I called to fix a duplicate profile on my account the woman (Renee?) indicated I could push to Spring if I wanted and still keep my voucher on the 12/2/2021 delivery. If in doubt, call and ask.

I went to Las Vegas Off Roadeo Mid March 2023 and they still honored the $250 credit. They had folks highlighted on the check in list. I applied it to the companion fee and got a credit on my card a couple of days later. Lots of fun including snow on some of the trails...

Thanks for that clarity. I had the same email and didn't recall seeing the 2023. I thought the voucher expired at the end of last year. It was the main reason why I booked my Off-Roadeo at the beginning of December.

Now, I have to check to see if I have another voucher that is still good. I wasn't planning on using my other Off-Roadeo booking. But if the voucher still applies, than I'll see if I can swing Gunstock into my calendar for the summer.

I bought a preowned Bronco. Pretty sure it’s less than 1 year old it’s a 2022. I wonder if there’s anyway I can get the $250 guest voucher?
