I've been trying to make a reservation since 5:00 pm pacific time. Been waiting and waiting. Getting all the same fail from the process as everyone else. What a mess.What a goat rodeo. I do online services for a living and scaling up prior to a launch is a no-brainer. After fighting with their site I finally got to a reservation screen, when I clicked reserve I get - hey your s**t dealer does not accept reservations.
EPIC FAIL
If this is the best software development they can come up with I would advise everyone to run away from Ford's EV's.
I registered for this site just to complain. This is ridiculous. Waited over a year for this reveal and can't even reserve. Epic Fail. Ridiculous.

Due to the fact that we are amateurs and could not scale cloud compute, we are not able to serve up a basic website ordering system. Please come back later when we pulled our heads out of our asses and figured out its 2020.

I'm having the same issue!
It was busted faster than that. I was logged in, then it kicked me out at speshul o'clock. When I tried to log back in, it just spat out errors.After 30 minutes of their big reveal their site is still busted. WOW

Well this gives me time to rethinking ordering now. With no manual on the 2.7l I think i'm going to wait a bit.

I am completely in agreement. I am a software engineer and this is absolutely laughable. If I had a release like this, I'd get fired.
Same here... was not going to reserve at the beginning (waiting on braptor), but decided to... and now cannot even give them my $100...
