Put the pictures in a different format, can you see them now?

There are no fuses, Power comes directly from the BdyCM (Body Control Module) Which is coincidentally, what you have to change in Forscan as well, if you go to BdyCM in Forscan, There are several options for it, I Used "Fog Only" for it to work the way one would normally expect..
Sorry if this was asked before but how many amps can that circuit handle?

been having an issue for a while

every now and then, the parking lights that i have turned on, including the marker and identification lights as well as the rear parking lights get shorted to ground. what are the chances that the switch i installed is broken or defective? and its not an issue with my wiring?

Anything is possible but would first investigate the rear lights. Maybe they are just pulling too much power.
