I'm going to take a look at the Area 51 FE Wednesday after it warms up a bit. I'm also going to take a look at a 2023 Shadow Black Wildtrak that is nearby on the way back as well.

The 2023 has low mileage as well. Around 29,000. Not a huge fan of the 2-tone interior, but could live with itAll FE's came with hard top panel storage bags and door storage bags, so either make sure those are included or try to haggle the price down if they are not. I'd still go for the 2023 Wildtrak over an FE, for any color not Lightning Blue.

Yeah, but yours & the work you've put into it is a true First EditionI bought a first edition, and it was even one of the engines with the bad vin number. But after a hundred thousand miles, it never exploded. It was just as reliable as the badlands. We bought later and also the wildtrack that we purchased... I'll keep the first edition forever.
That’s an Only EditionYeah, but yours & the work you've put into it is a true First Edition![]()
Like this?I was out on looking for my WT for a while. It became too consuming for me, and spent a lot of time on my laptop searching and test driving. Even drove 2 hours each way to test drive one only to be disappointed, LOL.
Someone in my neighborhood, on my street, had a visitor with a beautiful First Edition in the Lightning Blue Metallic color. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to talk with the owner and will keep an eye out for it again.
I think I may be back in. There is one at a local Ford dealership in the Area 51 color. Their ad says it's "Ford Gold Certified". Which sounds good but, I believe, most of the coverage starts when it was originally sold.
Has anyone with a First Edition lend some advice or experiences with theirs, good or bad?
Should I steer clear?
Thanks
No worries and it's a very nice truck. Someday you will see the light and we will be here to welcome you into the Bronco glory. Enjoy!I actually did not go out and look at either. After thinking on it more, I really like what I am driving now, my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. It is super comfortable and has given me zero issues. I will probably still take a look at them at some point. Both the FE & the WT have been on the dealer's lot for sometime. Hope it's not taboo to post a pic that's not a Bronco, but this is what I'm driving now
