Put in Thursday as of this morning still no email confirmation and account still shows a Badlands. Dealer is suppose to send me a WBDO printout, I may ping Ford by Wed if I dont see anything direct from Ford, just want to make sure its good to go by the 28th deadline. When I re-ordered 2022, it took 13 days to get confirmation and updated account lol.

No change in my account, but do have a copy of the DORA now from the dealership showing 3/10/22 order rcpt date and Dora processed date. And I have a signed MSRP purchase contract just for good measure…. :). So now we wait.

I’m a yes on the email and no on account update.
Same here, my account errors when I choose to view orders/reservations.
My dealer just confirmed my order is in Ford's order system but not showing up under my Ford account yet and order was placed on Mar10. I did recieve the confirmation email from Ford same day order was placed.

No email and website showing my old order.

Called Ford who said they see the order as converted.

Golden Ticket holder who had a 2021 and then 2022 badlands order which had been confirmed via email and on the reservations section of my Ford account.

Order was updated mid day Thursday. Bronco 800 number said they see it at priority code 10.
  • Have an order summary “DORA” form email to me from Ford
  • No “your order has been updated” or “your Raptor order has been confirmed” email.
  • No update on the website.
Got the "Order has Been Updated" email over night and it showed up this morning on the Manage Link. Interestingly the manage link also shows the exact pricing agreement down to my deposits and the agreed to no dealer markup.
