Ford engineer confirmed white top, but only for Oxford White and Cactus Gray Broncos

So I spoke with an engineer at Bronco Super Cel today. (Now he did say things could change) but white painted top is only on Oxford White body & Cactus Gray body.

LOL, just kidding... But, seriously. In the spirit of Henry Ford!

You can have the white top on any color you want as long as its Cactus Gray!

The title of this thread doesn't exactly match the content.....white top on OW and CG only "confirmed" vs the engineer "did say things could change"

We're pretty sure its confirmed on the OW already

That's a strange answer....I could see color matched with white....but only on Cactus gray otherwise? Makes no sense.

Well on the 1979 Bronco you could only get the laser chromatic package on an XLT Ranger and only on black bronco with black top. I'm sure there others I could find

All I'm gonna say is that if this is true.... I was between Area 51 and Cactus Grey.... I'm going cactus grey.... for sure. Cause CG with that white top is the shiznit....
