Ford's Bronco Customer Satisfaction Funds Plan Will Help Dealers Manage Order Waits

Does anyone receive this $1K fund?

I had a HITCH and wiring installed on my 4 door base sasquatch with the program. Ford accessories catalog has the hitch at 350, wire harness and 110, plus 2.8 hours labor for both. I would suspect I got 460 for parts and 2.8 hrs at 130/hr for 364 plus 460 for a value of 824 plus tax. I was pretty "Satisfied with the satisfaction funds"!

Cool, do you need to ask specifically to your dealer? Or forward this letter to them?

I tried to ask my dealer "Evergreen ford" but it seems they just ignore it.

I emailed my sales manager...saying there was "customer satisfaction funds" available, due to the inconvience, and that I would like like a hitch/wiring installed, and that would help their service dept as well....He talked to the owner and they said yes, scheduled an appt and was done. easy peasy. Small dealer I dealt with.

Salesman replied that those funds were only for customers waiting over a year. I was a day one res holder and cancelled over the delays, re-entered the ring last July. I have a new reservation and VIN, by reading this I think I would be eligible correct?

I have no idea...I Did wait over a year and once I received my vin, emailed my sales manager asking about the hitch/wiring with the funds, he said he would let me know, but they "would do something for me"...then when it came in, he said he talked to the owner and confirmed I could get the hitch/wiring done on that money. If you don't have your bronco yet, I don't think you have any leverage.

Hey! Happy to confirm these are REAL! But, you have to ask. Wyatt Johnson in Nashville said I was the first customer to utilize them. I had a new set of tires put on my Ranger, and utilized the full $1k (and then some...) on the purchase. Just paid a little more to cover some taxes.

YES, they sure are real...you just have to ASK and sometimes be a bit forceful...it's the SQUEAKY chair that gets the grease...

I got a Visa gift card from the dealer this week. I never thought I would!
It's a lot less than a hitch, but at least it broke the silence.

Just remember dealers don’t get $1000.00 per customer to spend. They get a “pool” of money to Siena based on the number of reservation holders they have. My dealer got about 2500.00 dollars from ford to use among 6 reservation holders and I got about $500.00 worth of accessories I ordered. FYI the process to get the funds from ford (reimbursement) is insane. They had to provide a sales slip along with pictures of the items installed in order to get the money back from ford.
