Need Help with Bronco Satisfaction Funds

Been a day one reservation holder, got bumped from 21 to 22, finally in final phase awaiting delivery to dealer.
They keep telling me they have no idea what the satisfaction funds are. I shared a link and he said, that's not from Ford, that's just on the forum.
Can anyone help me identfy a way to get through my sales reps head it is a real thing?
I appreciate any help.

Those funds are totally at the discretion of the dealer and subject to verification by Ford before they can get reimbursed. My dealer couldn't be bothered to deal with all the paperwork and offered nothing to customers.
