Hey y'all, long time lurker. Hoping to get some advice before I roll into the dealership.
I bought my bronco last summer and sadly forgot to ask them to not install the front license plate holder. I got the DV8 plate relocator for the capable bumper this week and took off the plate holder for the first time. I expected the holes in the trim piece but also found that it rubbed the paint off part of the bumper down to the bare metal where it is starting to rust. This is with only 7k miles on the odometer and obviously I'm really upset about it.
I searched the forum but haven't found anyone else posting about similar issues other than the holes. Seems clear to me either the dealership or manufacturer is at fault. What should my approach be to get this replaced/resolved? Appreciate any help!
