Probably one of my biggest regrets is not getting SAS on my BL.

That said, what would experts or enthusiasts here suggest for a level kit, in order to get 35s on? Besides removing the crash bars, anything else I need and will this affect the ride at all? What level kits would y’all recommend?

also I was hoping I could keep my wheels and just get bigger tires. Has anyone done that before? Here’s my rig.

I would:
  • remove the crash bars or replace them with the 4WP cutaway ones
  • put one inch spacers on the wheels (or get +30 to 35 offset wheels)
  • and put 315/70R17s on
and run it to see if it rubs before taking away articulation with a level kit.

I think it would help if you shared why you want 35s. There are different approaches that could cost you more /less or give you more /less capability.

honestly I just like the look of 35s better than the 33s. I won’t lie. I’m not gonna rock crawl. I will , however, take it to West Texas, and the desert. Other than getting new tires, I don’t wanna spend a ton of money. Just want to keep my rims and perhaps get the spacers or level kit.

Now that I finally have my Bronco after waiting for (and paying for) the Sasquatch, it was the right decision. Hopefully you can achieve the same look and stance aftermarket

Ford Bronco Getting 35s on a Badlands 20220113_104631

I have a 1" level from Rough Country, removed crash bars and am waiting on my spacers. Without the spacers you'll have a very slight rub on the UCA at full lock on level ground, I won't take it off road until I get the tires a little farther out but it's perfectly fine around town.

And those are the optional ford rims for the badlands? Can you let me know what tires you used? I assume those are 35s

Yes, optional Badlands wheels, they're 315/70r17 BFG KO2s, so they're just under a true 35

Get 305/70r17 so u don’t have to worry about getting wheel spacers or different wheels

Have you tried this? Fewer tire options, but Toyo AT3 comes in that size. I might still add spacers but could avoid the level.
