Just in case anyone is still having issues with bad brackets that originally shipped with the RB20s, they have amazing customer service and shipped me a brand new set at no cost, which completely resolved the issue. I'd definitely vouch for their customer service and their product!

Replying on this thread because it’s the most recent I can find and I’m looking for feedback from someone who ordered through Go Rhino. I placed an order for a set of RB20 Slim Line boards this morning. Couple hours later I received an email saying the product is backordered. No indication of this through the entire online ordering process. Called to confirm and got lost in a phone tree that ended in a voice mail box that was full )couldn’t leave a message) during business hours. Wondering if anyone else had this experience or can speak to the shipping time.

Sorry, I can't help here because I ordered through a Canadian dealer. That said, they provided excellent customer service through email so maybe try that if you haven't already done so: [email protected]. Hope that helps.
