Here is a video on how to remove the OEM mirror. You can use your hands, like in the video here, or use a pry bar.

Mine went on smoothly and the BLIS and defrost work. I did have to pinch/compress the defrost harness connectors a little to fit on the Suma mirrors. The prongs on the OEM mirrors are a little thicker than the new ones.

I received mine yesterday. I was a bit surprised and disappointed to see the company branding printed on the mirrors. None of the renderings I saw had this detail shown or mentioned.

One thing you can try is putting the ford mirrors back on and see if it goes away

After a day of having them on - the passenger side mirror seems about the same as OEM in terms of magnification. The driver side being wide angle still messes me up when I look over but I'm sure I'll get used to it. I like the visibility improvement on the driver side, but I was surprised the passenger side doesnt seem much different. I should have taken before and after pictures. Still happy overall. I noticed I was relying way too much on my BLIS sensors and hoping for the best with OEM mirrors.

I will caution that my driver side mirror was vibrating on the highway the first time I drove. When I stopped to look at it the top two clips weren't secured. Make sure you push hard and double check that everything is secure before you lose a brand new mirror.

I just tried to put my mirror on, and I too am a little disappointed with their logo on the mirror. This will be a deal breaker for me, as well as the terminals on the mirror are not the same thickness as the original. Im currently awaiting a response from them about next steps. Im not keeping these mirrors with the logo printed on the mirrors. Im pretty sure in none of their videos or pictures on their website, did I see a logo at the bottom of the mirror. That would of been a hard no for me.
