Do you have a link for the SSM so I can show the dealership?

Not really. SSM 51667 is all they should need, it's just a matter of ordering a M2DZ-7854310-C for the 4 door or M2DZ-9854310-C for the 2 door and follow the instructions for the rear cap in the accessory instructions. May as well just run by the dealer to show them so the part can get ordered.

Guess I’m glad I forgot to reorder my Badland with the free headliner.

Me too. It doesn’t seem to have a function. Certainly not noise abatement. Even if the glue doesn’t fail, the foam is going to begin deteriorating in the heat in a number of years.

I wanted the headliner on my Badlands, but it's the one thing that did not make it when I converted from a '22 order to a '23 order. Now I don't fee so bad.

I am curious on when/if Hotheads ever comes out with their version.

My 2 door base SAS headliner dropped exactly like yours. I 'ver had it for about 4 weeks, has been in the garage and have about 400 mile on it. I do live in Dallas and we have had 2 weeks in the 90's so far. Will contact the dealer this week for a fix.

I went by the dealership this morning to pick up my plates and inspection sticker and spoke to one of the service managers. I made an appointment for next week so they can take pictures and document the headliner situation for Ford. From there they will order a new headliner and replace it after it arrives. The service manager wasn't surprised so apparently this is turning into a common occurrence.
