I ordered a 24 WT in August. I really wanted the MIC top, but ordered the soft top, in hopes of getting it in 2024. Would switching my order to the MIC top basically sabotage any hopes of seeing this in 2024? Thanks in advance
Order the Hardtop, I was an original order when the banks opened in March 2021. I switched my order in October of 2021 to a soft top after the dealer told me I will have it by the end of the year. I didn't receive it until the end of July 2022; I went to order the hardtop from the dealer and they want $7,500, (Hardtop was only $695 back then if ordered with the Bronco)
I would use the truck more if it had a hardtop

I like the look of the HT so much more. I’ve had a soft top on 5 Jeeps, and haven’t taken one off since 1992. So…

Well .... I wish I had both tops. LOL
(for the 4dr)

My MIC on the 2dr has been fine, but I do not take it off as much as I thought I would.
No desire for a $1000 top lift to make it quick and easy, plus, you have to be at home -vs- the soft top you can pull the windows and fold or go safari almost anywhere/any time.

The 4dr Badlands , I caved and went from a Black Diamond Squatch MIC to a Badlands softy .... zero regrets on the Badlands.
I use the soft top folded or safari much more often since it is so convenient, BUT .. now that summer is basically over, fall and winter are growing near, I'd for sure put a hard top on if I had one.

Both tops are noisy, just in different ways.

Hard top has pops, rattles and squeaks at low speeds, moderately noisy on the hiway.

The soft top is quiet at low speeds but kind of loud on highway, BUT , we did a 10 day hiway road tour this summer with it, no issues.

Using the back "hatch" on the soft top is pretty sucky though, but it's a trade off for the convenience.

I like the factory soft top and would be hesitant to get one of the Bestops. You'll find a few Bestop fans, both folks that have had both say the factory softy is much more robust.

Get exactly what you want. Wait as necessary. Ordered my 2021 Bronco with hardtop. Changed when they were having issues and offered full setup for future hardtop. Thing's were different then and deliveries were delayed for both inability of hardtop production and quality issues. From all I've read, fewer and less frequent delays today. Happy I have a 2021, but ordered an aftermarket top to paint match, don't really care for the OEM Color and Materials. Couldn't get a hardtop from Ford even if I wanted one. Took 23 weeks from order to produce the Anderson Composite Top I ordered, mine is shipping this week. Love my Bronco, don't like Fords inability to get hardtops produced for those of us that helped them out to allow deliveries of units in 2021 & 2022.
Any pictures of the new hardtop installed ?
