Hard Top Recall- anyone know when the dealers can deliver?

Negotiated a deal a Bronco, Sold my Jeep, then the dealer called and said they couldn’t do Delivery because of the hardtop recall. I’ve been without a car since Feb 26th. Hoping someone has better intel, the dealership and ford customer service, have no idea when I can take delivery. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Just looking forward to driving her home.

There is no hard top recall that I have heard of. There was (2 years back) a customer satisfaction program that replaced a whole lot of early (2021) hard tops.

Maybe they were referring to the hardtop glass seal recall that affected a limited number of recently produced Broncos?

Correct it’s the glass recall 24S10.

It’s a new recall- just wanted to know if anyone knew when dealers could start delivering, seems like a bust.

Sometime around the end of the month when the full bulletin including repair instructions and parts ordering information is released.

Ford has only sent out an advanced notice for the recall. I was told about a month.

I don't see anything in the Recall about a Stop Sale.

Given it's window glass, probably 30-60 days for parts is likely.

Thanks for all the info, guess I’ll just have to be patient. I understand the safety issue, just wish I knew before I sold my car. Two months without wheels isn’t going to fly, might have to look for another route.
