Hello all,
I’ve been sitting on a day 3 reservation for awhile, but just finalized my order in December… my dealer sent me an email today with a build date for 28 Feb 22 and a vin number. I haven’t seen an update in my ford.com account yet though… Any thoughts on what I should expect? Also. Can’t find my “order number” anywhere… it appears the number on the reservation page at ford.com is not the actual order number?

, Welcome! The dealer has your order number, it should be on the dora sheet.

As you are a day three...your order number is also your reservation number. That will allow you in the back door link. Your four-place order code can be found on your WBDO. If you don't have that, tell your dealer to print it out and give it to you.

What’s the back door link? I have a 4 digit code from the order worksheet… is that the WBDO? Sorry for my ignorance I’m totally outta the loop here…

Replace those eight (8) X's at end of link with your reservation/order number.

Yes, the four-digit code will allow you in the front door with your VIN.
