is anyone else tracker not working. It says there is an error or nothing here

It wont even load for me. I get the full page but it says that it can't reach the site so I can enter information. Something is going on with their server.

same here, and the b6g tracker where I normally get Model t henry ford info says "VIN NOT FOUND"

I'm not even going to check on mine. It will probably be the last one to be built this year. I had to get a Wildtrack, Hard Top, Sasquatch, and Lux packages, Oh and my Ford Dealer is in a podunk rural town.. FML

I went to check this morning and the VIN box is no longer showing.

But just for s***s and giggles I tried the Modules link. It returned a message that "Module Information Found" but when I click the download link I get what is I assume is a Ford proprietary file (.ab file extension). Anybody know how I can open that .ab file? Thanks in advance!

It's just a text file you can open with any text editor. Contents look like XML and are probably very similar to the data you see on the page you downloaded it from. For example, my page was mostly blank, and the XML has stuff like this in it (basically another way of saying 'empty'):

Yeah, looks like they took it away. I can't see the VIN box now either.

For Canadian customers wanting to track shipment of their Bronco from Michigan:
Call: 1-800-361-0198, have your rail car # available and they can tell you where it's at. I asked the agent if there was any way for retail customers like us to track cars online and she said there isn't. You'd need to create a business account and have access to more than we have access to. Hope this helps anyone else who might be looking!

When built, your tear tag will go to 4 alphanumeric characters like this:

And BCE modules will look something like this…..

Odd. My tracker says built and shipped. And my modules are all populated (long list like you example)
