Just got this email and not sure what to make of it.

Thanks again for placing your 2022 Bronco Badlands™ order. We’re working hard to wreck your day, since we’re not sure if your Bronco has been ordered, built, shipped or delivered. We are pretty sure you made a reservation back when you still had hair.
We want to make sure you are thoroughly confused, so we will be sending random emails, which may not be accurate.
We know there’s a lot of anticipation when it comes to getting into a new vehicle, so we’ll make sure you are completely flummoxed. Once your vehicle is assembled, you’ll be hearing from us again with an estimated date for delivery to your dealer, who may try to rob you blind.

imagine being in production on December 14th for a 2021 Bronco that got shipped off to Ice Mountain, and not even getting this email from Ford. It’s been almost 6 months since my last Ford email, and no change in status…

that's disgusting of Ford- something has to be done about this

Nah, your numbers are not correct. Ford has stated it received over 190,000 reservations and 125,000 orders fell out of that. From Detroit News March 25, 2021:

"Some 125,000 customers have placed orders for Ford Motor Co.'s highly-anticipated Bronco SUV, the automaker reported Thursday — but some will be waiting longer than expected for their vehicle to arrive.

Ford reached out to customers and dealers Thursday to report that an issue sourcing certain roofs that are options on the Bronco will last longer than initially anticipated, meaning customers who ordered those roofs will have to wait until 2022 for their Bronco.

The more than 125,000 orders Ford has received for the Bronco represents about two-thirds of the approximately 190,000 reservations prospective customers in the U.S. and Canada made since reservations opened in July 2020."

It's been reported on B6G that 2021 Bronco sales was 35,000+ and 14,000 + in 2022.

no way there was 125k orders from the reservations. Given how relatively few were built, placing an order in October wouldn’t have resulted in my ice mountain Bronco. I’ll stand by a 10-20% conversion rate.

Just got the same email. Still showing 3/2 built. 3/3 shipped. Got a picture of it coming off of the line on 3/8. Allegedly circling Arkansas on a rail car before making its way to Austin.

My dealer said to expect delivery 3/15-3/21, but figured it would be later given the choo choo circumnavigating the Natural State.

I’ll reach out to the dealer tomorrow and pray that tonight’s email is BS.

Ha! 1/14/22 build date original ship 1/28/22. Changed 3 times to COMPLETELY GHOSTED @ this point with no delivery date listed. Mud Mountain Blues!

I received this after taking ownership of the exact build and vin i ordered.

Yep, same here. Received email a day after my Bronco arrived at the dealer. Still nothing on my second Bronco order that hasn’t been scheduled…go figure.

I received the email stating a change in your Broncos Bad lands order also, BUT I have already received my Bronco! Makes me wonder who the hell is running the company & how they got a job.

July 2020 ordered - March 2022 still no VIN# or order#
