I thought the dealership would apply the $100 deposit toward my order but they said that was between me and Ford. Not the dealership.

deposit went to your originally reserved dealership, if that is not where you ordered then call original for refund.

Your dealer lied to you mine was applied to the purchase of my bronco on my sales orderI thought the dealership would apply the $100 deposit toward my order but they said that was between me and Ford. Not the dealership.
They owe you a hun. My dealer applied it to my purchase.I ordered through my original dealership whom I reserved it with.
Maybe someone made an honest mistake and a phone call will resolve it?Your dealer lied to you mine was applied to the purchase of my bronco on my sales order
I politely just had this conversation with the New Car Salesman manager. He said he is going to call Ford and confirm, and then call me back with an answer. As said, Ford corp processed the reservation and deposit, but forwarded that money directly to the dealership that the original reservation was made with.
It could be an honest mistake by the dealer... it would be easy for them to lose track of $100 deposited in their account from Ford over a year ago.
Politely point out that they are wrong.
