I did a quick query and could not find a thread on how to clean and care for the MIC hard top.

Please post your method/process and the products you use.

My plan is to wash it with Meguiar’s Gold Class Car Wash, using a soap cannon and apply 303 Graphene Detailer.

Should I have any cause for concern using the aforementioned?

Why have you chosen not to protect the top from UV rays and possible damage with some kind of protectant?

It sits in the garage when not in use.

I plan to garage mine when home as well, but I also plan to drive mine as a daily driver and explore the outdoors. Over time whether you garage it or not the UV rays will have an impact on the top. You see the UV rays effects all the time on plastics of a vehicle with any age.

Several people have been happy with 303 Aerospace Protectant on the MIC top.
I have used the 303 protectant on my kayaks and it is amazing. I have never used their car products, so thinking they were created for vehicles, it might be better than some of their other product lines.

I did a quick query and could not find a thread on how to clean and care for the MIC hard top.
Page 371 of the manual is what Ford recommends. Your method seems in line.
Ours just gets washed with Meguires Gold.

CLEANING THE HARD TOP
We recommend that you only clean the hard top in the following way:
  1. Use a sponge to remove dust and loose dirt on the hard top surface.
  2. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap and water solution. Dry the area with a clean, soft cloth.
  3. Make sure the surface of your hard top is dry before applying a small amount of conditioner or spray wax.
  4. For additional information and assistance, we recommend that you contact an authorized dealer.
Note: Test any conditioner or spray wax on an inconspicuous area before applying broadly.
Note: Do not use alcohol containing cleaner or any type of solvent on the hard top surface.
Note: Do not use power tools, paste wax or polish on the hard top surface.

Thanks for posting! This is very helpful. Now I am interested in what conditioner or spray on wax others are using.

Anyone live in an area with extremely hard water? Any issues with hard water spotting?

This is from Ford - it doesn't specify the products to use, so it's still great to hear from others what they are using.
