I have a 2023 Ford Bronco Badland Sasquatch.

Installed:
37” Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT
Icon fully adjustable 2.5 shocks
FMI uppers
Core 4x4 track bar
Heavy-duty steering rack and tie rods

Current measurement:
(ground to edge of fender)
Front 42”
Rear 43”

Obviously, 1 inch is due to the tires. There are a lot of posts about axle angles, shock, comparisons, and so forth. It all includes saying that extreme angles cause heavier wear, which I accept. My question is for people with setups near mine, what are your measurements and how long have you run at that height with no issues?

My RCI skid plates would need to be cut for a diff drop. Which brand are you using? Plus using a diff drop defeats the extra inch I get with my tires

ICON Stage 8 System, sitting at 43 F, 44 R. Rear has ICON’s heavy duty springs, when I lode the truck for a run, rear squats an inch to be 43 at all 4. Roughly 15K miles, 13K of them in Baja, no issues.

Well, that’s definitely an inch higher than I am, and am I right you have 37s too? Did you do any other upgrades, steering?

Yep, 37 Toyo RTs. Haven’t upgraded the steering box yet, but I did install Foutz full tie rods. They’ve been on for all the miles.

I had Icon tie-rods, but one of them started leaking. So now I'm using the HD rods from my new rack.

The Foutz rods were expensive. $1K, but just about every Foutz product is over engineered, and over built. You don’t have to worry about their stuff. I thought that they were the best out there.

I believe the Byrds set it at “Eight Miles High”

i would be very careful at full droop with Icon (or stock King) coilovers without a diff drop…their extended length is more than recommended for CV extension…ya only lose the clearance at the diff itself (still not as bad as a solid axle) and modifying the skid isn’t much of a job…I have stock skids…party on!

What is the brand of diff drop you have?
