My last four by four was a '93 Jeep YJ. By the time it was all said and done, it was a full-blown Juggy running on 40s with 1-ton axles. Only stock parts were the grill and most of the engine. I intend to turn those Bronco into what I would call a moderate Trail vehicle. Which means 38s, I'll probably pull the stock fenders and either build my own armor plated ones, or see what the aftermarket does. And maybe put in a little bit heavier Duty roll-cage. But it will still remain my mostly daily driver. It is a Badlands, with the Sasquatch, 2.7L. I will go ahead and convert the stock wheels to full beadlocks. Although I may drive it on the stock 35s for the road, while putting 38s on it for off-road. I already have a basic design for longer control arms in the rear. Of course I don't have exact dimensions, because I don't have my Bronco yet.

I'll probably be a different person by the time I actually get Bronco, so who knows. I might flip it 🤷‍♂️

I plan on using mine for hauling bikes to trailhead, occasional off road, mudding, camping, winter driving 4x4 to ski trailhead, and pavement crawling down Main Street.

Some daily, but good trips into the backcountry. A normal long weekend for us might be a few hundred miles of interstate, 60 miles of gravel, 15 miles of full on four wheelin, but no crawling. Full dispersed camping/hiking gear and 50 or so rainbows and brookies in the middle of nowhere.

This one is mellow, but too far back there to take a chance. Reliability MUST match or exceed my excellent F150....

We have a place in southern Colorado and plan on doing the same thing........
