Hungry For New Information

Ford has started what is probably the greatest new vehicle launch of all time!
It all started with an announcement over 3 years ago. We were all in and waiting patiently. Then the Corona thing hit and we waited understandably longer. The launch Awsome! Let's be honest, we all needed it and have been searching the net every day. Internet traffic must certainly show this. Ford had us all paying $100 to help them with their market research and we all happily complied. Ford now needs to get the build tool up and running with more new videos of live events around the country. There should be something evey weekend as I would drive hours to see them. They must now finish the job by getting the pricing and delivery on target. They now have our email addresses and should treat us like family, the Ford Family. They should be very careful not to fumble this. Ford we are all "hungry for more information."

I will say that I appreciate the X Plan pricing as a stockholder (with more than 100 shares). That personally makes me feel some inclusion as both a Ford stockholder and a customer.

Ehhh...just live your life like you did before the new Bronco got announced. Makes the waiting that much easier.

I think they have done a decent job of leaking info and I think the survey was a way to help us with our request for pricing info without releasing B&P. I do agree that it is being drug out too long. I think if Ford knew how much impact it would have, they would have launched it a little more expressly. I want more info too, but I'd like to hear more about specs (suspension heights, differences etc) to help us start narrowing down setup to focus on.

With the amount of money to be made, what do you think is really holding up the show?
.Supplier issues; it only takes a couple of missing parts and no production.

.Issues with the Bronco not fully ironed out yet?

.Did the vast number of complaints make Ford realize they screwed up on some things like interior or options only available on certain trim?

Hopefully we get some info soon. I am pretty bored and need something to keep me interested. You would think that Ford would realize that people get bored very easily in this day and age. They are lucky that the only real competition is jeep.

Yep. I'm back to searching for info to once a week vice once a day since the launch.

I think the problem here is that the "launch" was more of another concept reveal. They weren't ready but felt like they needed to get something out there. Now they've had to finalize production details before actually launching.

Everyone is getting impatient about the upcoming release of the B&P, but once this has been released, there will be a considerable amount of time before the next step.....hoping to getting to see and touch the mannequin vehicles before the actual orders being placed......Then the actual delivery. Many of the naysayers are bringing out first year quality issues, but if Ford has done this right by not rushing the vehicle into production and implementing a quality production process, this will be so well worthwhile in the end......come back here next year.....same time.....same place and hope we are all in celebration of our new vehicles!

If Ford uses this time wisely and addresses some of the bigger complaints listed on various threads such as interior and roof options, I don't mind waiting. If not, it's probably just a waste of time.
