A drop down tailgate instead of the swing gate. I’d actually prefer framed windows on the doors as well, especially if they eliminated the window rattle.

Yes but that requires opening an app and selecting it. Easily takes 10 seconds and looks odd if your sanding right next to door. Would like to have a similar function to how Teslas unlock.

Isn't that what the key fobs for? And fits easier in your pocket.

1. Fixed roof (metal, pemanent, sound proofed).
2. A La Carte configuration from the factory to allow selection and installation of various components that are available in/from the various trims. Would be willing to spend $1,000 maybe $1,500 to be able to select wheels , fender flares , grill , and perhaps some 4x4 components and have them installed at the factory (in addition to a fee for each individual component installed).

Forgot about the E Brake. Works great until one day when it doesn't. Coupled with the manual, will be a disaster. And how about a real Tach? The gauge cluster is the worst I've ever seen in any vehicle. The designer should be fired.

I wish it had less stuff. No GOAT. Key locks.
Manual transfer case. Front hubs. Simple Bluetooth. Better instruments. Maybe non Ifs axle.
Good stuff: engine. 7mt. Seats are ok. Ac works good. Cruise and tilt are ok.

I agree 100%. I wish there a true base mode with role down windows. No screen and an old school radio and a keyed ignition. I’m not looking for an entertainment system when buying a car.

Yea, but sometimes it isn’t practical to carry the fob around. I snowboard and surf and sometimes only carry my iPhone or only my Apple Watch. Would be nice to not having to worry about losing something else.

Where to begin?
1 grab handle on passenger a pillar like every other vehicle has, even with airbags.
2 better lighting. You pick where. Yes, all.
3 rear opening struts on softtop. Thanks @IAG.
4 center console serious lock Thanks @console vault
5 customizable dash screen. It's just software, c'mon.
6 the horribly stupid and annoying double honk... Depart from me.
I could go on.

Almost all these can be fixed pretty easily. Forscan eliminates the double honk.

Reliable CarPlay and those new fangled things in the rear called drink holders. Saw them once on the Flintstones car on a Saturday morning cartoon in the 70’s. Wanted them ever since.

CarPlay works fine for me. Once in a while it freezes but it’s fine. There are rear cup holders on the leather trim.
