Build date Jan 20. Window sticker shows CONVOY for method of shipping but I'm on west coast of Canada....

Doesnt matter. Confirmed today that it's not a shipping delay, my truck is sitting with all the rest on Ice Mountain. Waiting for whatever the new problem is to be resolved.

WOW. @Blaven - did you have any issues after delivery from sitting? How many miles were on it at delivery?

There are imperfections in the paint that wont come off. It's not noticeable unless you know where to look. So as soon as the weather gets warmer, I'll be doing paint correction all around and redoing the ceramic coat. The only other issue I had was the passenger wiper wasn't even bolted on which I found before I left the dealer. It had 57 miles on it when I picked it up.

For those wondering about package levels, the original form did ask Yes/No for the Lux package. The data collected thus far doesn't really support it a package issue, in my opinion. Nor do I see any strong correlations to any of the other options we are tracking or trim levels.

Less than 50% of the Ice Mountain residents ordered the Lux package...see below.



And of the 31 released so far, about one third of them were Lux packages.

OK so if Ford holding back early Feb Broncos delivery tell early May because of chips then are they not building more Broncos tell then and none well be delivered tell May or is Ford just picking which Broncos getting chips and which dont and does this mean the rest of us who put in a reservation in the summer of 2020 is now getting pushed back more .

Except as a last resort, Ford will not shut down a production line.

So if your Bronco came down the line on a day there was a "widget" shortage, it would get held, until there were enough "widgets" to feed the line ... AND ... have a surplus, which MIGHT to go to the held Ice Mountain builds.
The line will always come first.

So yes, your Bronco might collect snow and dirt, for 3 months , while MOST every other Bronco that comes down the line every day of those 3 months gets shipped to the new owners.

It sucks, it's wildly frustrating, but this seems to be the new norm.
There will be many Dirt Mountain/Ice Mountain/ Next Mountain veterans before this clears up.

Bronco support confirmed chip hold 4/6-4/13 EDD. Even though a week ago it was in shipping prep.
