Installing Signature LED Tail Lights on our Base

Shattered my driver tail light on Trail 16, and local shop had a spare set of LED takeoffs laying around…

Did require FORScan flashing, but looks great!

I actually ordered a set of the flush mounts, but Automotive Solutions had these sitting around from someone who’d switched to the Oracles, and I wanted to get it back to street legal as quick as possible. The flush mounts will be a better option still, because I’ll probably end up smashing the LEDs too

Saw your video on YTube. Could you ask what settings were modified using Forscan? I picked up a set of signature tails and would like to swap them out on my daughter’s Bronco.

But consider your taillights that stick out beyond the body, sacrificial elements to protect from more expensive body damage when this happens. This time you broke a light and it was an easy/quick fix. Next time with flush mount, you’re now into fender damage/repair…Just a thought

Sorry, I forgot to reply, he said there was a tab where all he had to do was toggle back and forth between the two tail light options… said it took longer to start his computer than to sync

Is there any chance you can post a video of them? Curious what the DRL looks like along with brake lights and turn signals coming from a halogen.

Am I missing something? I was under the impression we couldn't install OEM signature LED taillights if your Bronco was built with the halogens?

So I bought led tail lights for my halogen tail light BB from Alibaba. And they sent me this harness and they work perfectly. Not sure if anyone knows what these things they used are. But one wire also connects to the tail gate plug. Not sure why but they work great and only 300 bucks. Sorry didnt get a pic of the connector plugging into the tail gate behind the plastic piece but its self explanatory.
