Is 3.0 engine in the Bronco Raptor the same as 3.0 in Explorer ST?

Is the 3.0 in the Braptor the same 3.0 thats in the Explorer ST?

There is tons of aftermarket support for the Explorer ST 3.0. I hope it’s the same, and it migrates over the Braptor platform.

It's very close. Different/upgraded:

-Heads
-Intake/filter
-Turbos
-Intercooler and plumbing
-Exhaust

That obviously means some ST parts will work and some won't.

I bet there will be less options. Explorer ST is a much, much higher volume vehicle than the Braptor. On the flip side, I guess, the Braptor is very performance oriented, with the implication that maybe a higher percentage of Braptor folks will mod as compared to Explorer ST folks.

It just means the same part for the Braptor will cost 2x-3x more and we will gladly pay it. Other than a Ford GT, the Braptor is my first Ford product, so even Braptor parts are relatively cheap compared to what I’m used to paying for German cars.

What’s the most power/boost the ST can make on stock internals and drivetrain?

I would bet that most of the internal components are the same and also add to that the new 2024 Ranger Raptor built at the same factory as Bronco will also have the 3.0 engine.
