Not defending -Ford dropped the ball regarding the heater ... no stress- more trails.
Iā€™m in agreement. I hope ford is able to address the HVAC. And when someone comes out with a center console that has integrated vents, itā€™s going to be a shut up, and take my money purchase.

Are you asking @IMrGoodbarI if he wants to trade vehicles or kids?
Well the 4 year old is well behaved, but the 2 year old is a menace to society šŸ˜‚. I am surprised by how well the heat has worked in the Bronco not as good as my Wrangler, but impressive without rear vents.

Floor heater is basically non-existent.

Over all I love the bronco. Iā€™ve gone to sever dealers and checked the broncos on lot, they all seem to suffer same issue.

I would think Ford could fix this with a update that adjusts the blend doors. Itā€™s all electronic, so I donā€™t see why not. But Iā€™ve been advised by in-house B6G technical support there is no problem.
In all honesty I do need to check it when or if the weather gets cold here anytime the rest of the winter. It has been extremely mild here in Virginia since I took delivery last month.

Damn, guess lucky as ours puts out more heat than any vehicle weā€™ve had. It is great for top off on chilly day.

If i put the heat on just the floor it seems to heat pretty well. You still get some heat out the upper vents.

My floor heat sucks. Something standard on vehicles for decades, and they couldn't get it right on this vehicle ?

Gosh... I REALLY hope they don't change it.

The Bronco is one of the few vehicles where my feet feel comfortably warm when the floor vents are on rather than having to constantly micromanage the HVAC system to ensure my feet are somewhere between"wow my feet are freezing" and "why the frick are my feet sweating but the rest of my body is frozen!?"

But judging by this post... apparently I'm in the minority. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

This is just mind boggling. If this is the case then there definitely is a fix for us lacking floor heat

Nope my 2 door floor heats kinda sucks. However when the defroster is on I swear I feel more heat on the floor.

I think itā€™s a software issue with electronic dampers not fully opening.

I have the same issue with my 2021 4-door. Floor heat is pretty much non-existent on any setting.

Well, this is the first production vehicle without rear seat vents ever built
I know every vehicle I ever road in from 1973 to today has them

luckily my parents never had to explain to me from birth to now why it wasnā€™t good enough
No 1973 vehicle I know of outside of Rolls Royce maybe had designated heater vents anywhere except in and under the dash. Even 1978 GM products. Not until my 84 6000STE were there vents incorporated into the center console.

But that does not let Ford off the hook for not incorporating air flow through the console

Hasnā€™t been my experience yet. Itā€™s really my biggest gripe. My rear seat passengers wear blankets.
Well them to walk, but not two fast...More exercise, less carbon emissions, world will be a better place.
