Looks like dessertmoo was registered within the last couple months from a domain in the UK and a physical address that appears to be a run-down house in Fresno, CA. I recommend you cancel your order, if that's even possible at this point. If you decide to risk it I'll keep my fingers crossed that you get a good deal!

I just went through the checkout procedure with fake info.

They have OP's
Name
Email addr
Address (home and or shipping)
Phone (maybe, didn't check if it's required)
Credit Card name, number, exp date, security code.

I'd be changing every password I have, make sure I don't reuse any password, make sure password is random and long, make sure password has nothing in it that resembles personal info (like address, school, vehicles, etc)
Cancelling CC
Notifying bank
Changing my pins (if it's part of address / phone or any other number they now have)

That's at least a full day worth of work.

Didn't click the website but there are knockoff ARB's all over Alibaba and other chinese knockoff sites. I'm sure they're just selling you something that looks like an ARB.

They only accept your credit card info. Guess it was too much work to spoof a PayPal popup to collect your PayPal credentials.
