I want to cover/replace the OEM fuel door sticker. Anyone know a way to find a p/n to order an OEM sticker of the same size (from another vehicle)?

Fair point but the original sticker saying the lower grade is what I’m trying to resolve - if you do read the sticker, it needs to provide the correct information.

I always put 91 in my Bronco as well as my Hemi Charger. Won't run anything else. Crazy thing is my Charger gets 25mpg with over 400 HP.

I’m actually considering one on the outside of the fuel door, not bright, maybe a different shade of the body color. That way they have to read it when they reach for it.

I’ll be honest, can’t you just write on painters tape and cover the OEM notice?

If you paid for the tune do you really need to read the sticker? What yahoo's do you let drive and fill up your Bronco?

And certain places in Nebraska you won't find higher than 89.

My Bucky is fed a steady diet of 93 unless we travel where 91 is the top available.

Now, I doubt the tune deactivates the ecm ability to adjust timing advance so yeah 91 (or above) will give you max power I bet it is still rated to run on 87 (at lower performance)

the sticker is for when my father or mother travel into town and need a vehicle, or when my wife or her sister drive it (sister in law sometimes picking up our children using one of our vehicles). I don’t live in an isolated world where others may not drive my vehicle. A fuel requirement indicator displaying the wrong octane is counterproductive, so removing confusion for others is appropriate.

Literally the first reply to this thread had a great solution. Although it's not an "OEM" sticker, it looks professional and I'd say more noticeable than an OEM one anyways.

Plus @StickerFab is a member in the B6G community and makes a great product. Definitely recommend!
